These Terms govern your use of AGENT WRIGHT (accessible at www.cncee.online) ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy before registering. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance.
The Platform uses artificial-intelligence models to generate code, text, and other output. AI output is provided "as is", for informational and exploratory purposes only, and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, testing, and deciding how to use any output before relying on it. The Platform and its operators disclaim liability for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from AI output.
You are responsible for the instructions you provide and for any actions taken through your account. You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or disrupt the service.
One natural person may maintain a limited number of accounts. To protect the community, we record device fingerprints, IP addresses, and usage signals to detect bulk, duplicate, or abusive registration. We may verify, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts, and merge or revoke credits, that we believe to be associated with abuse, in line with our risk-control rules.
Subscriptions and one-time credit packs are priced as shown. Charges are processed by our payment partners (international via card/Stripe-compatible checkout, and domestic via Alipay). Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices and terms may change with reasonable notice; renewal terms are set at purchase time.
The Platform, its software, and branding are the property of AGENT WRIGHT and its licensors. You retain rights to your own content; by providing it you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it to deliver the service.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Platform nor its operators shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service or the reliability of its output.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the revision date above. Material changes will require renewed acceptance.

一个自然人可创建的账号数量有限。为保护社区，我们会记录设备指纹、IP 地址及使用行为信号，用于识别批量、重复或恶意注册。 对于我们认定与滥用有关的账号，有权进行验证、限流、暂停或终止，并按风控规则合并或回收积分。
订阅及一次性积分包按页面所示定价。扣款由我们的支付合作伙伴处理（境外走国际卡/兼容 Stripe 的支付通道，境内走支付宝）。 除非适用法律另有要求，购买后一般不退款。价格与条款可能经合理通知后调整；续订规则以购买时约定为准。
本平台、其软件及品牌归 AGENT WRIGHT 及其许可方所有。您保留对自身内容的权利；提供内容即授予我们有限的、非独占的处理授权，以用于提供本服务。
本平台"按现状"提供，不作任何形式的保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，本平台及其运营者不对因您使用或无法使用本服务所导致的间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害承担责任，包括数据丢失、利润损失或业务中断，也不对输出内容的可靠性负责。
我们可能不时更新本条款。更新后，我们会在上方更新修订日期。重大变更将要求您重新确认接受。
