To operate the Platform and protect it from abuse, we process the following categories of data:
We use the data to provide the requested service, improve reliability, prevent fraud and abuse, ensure account security, and comply with legal obligations. Device fingerprints and IP signals are collected specifically to enforce our risk-control rules (for example, limiting how many accounts one device may create and throttling free-credit usage).
Instruction text and workspace content you provide may be sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate output. This processing happens to deliver the service you requested. You should not include sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or regulated information in your prompts unless you understand model providers may process it.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) service providers who help run the Platform (hosting, payment, email delivery, AI model providers), each bound to confidentiality and data-protection obligations; and (b) authorities, where required by applicable law.
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service, secure the platform, and satisfy legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact our support / sales team.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including encrypted connections and access controls.
